It’s a nice bright room totally furnished with a big flat screen tv hung on the wall. The room has a nice big bright window. The entire house is furnished and the kitchen has everything you need. If you need anything for the kitchen just let me know and chances are I’ll get it for you. All utilities are included. The house comes with a washer and dryer. The backyard is big and fenced. Please no pets. The 2 car garage is included and will fit a smallish type vehicle. It is first come first serve. You may also park in the driveway but you will have to make arrangements with the other roomies about scheduling. The neighborhood is quiet with local traffic.
All Roomies are professionals and understand about privacy and cleanliness. Everybody has passed a backround and credit check. All personal belongings will be kept out of the common area.
