Room available for sublease from May 10th- July 30th, $1,100 per person. Utilities are not included in the $1,100 rent, but typically come out to $80(+/-) a month, per person. DEN AND 2/3 OF BEDROOMS FULLY FURNISHED

98 Morris Street, Unit A, is a 3 bedroom x 3 bath downstairs unit that is newly renovated and remodeled. Just an 8 minute walk to King Street by only 4 blocks, 12 minute walk to the CofC campus, and a 20 min drive to Folly Beach and Sullivans Island.

The den will come FULLY FURNISHED with a couch, coffee table, rug, large flat screen TV, corner chair, and wall decor.

BEDROOM #1 is ALREADY SUBLEASED BEDROOM #2 is ALREADY SUBLEASED

BEDROOM #3 will NOT BE FURNISHED. ONLY room left for sublease!! This room is the second largest room out of the three and has a large bathroom as well. As seen in the pictures; a large dresser, double sized bed, and desk, fit nicely in the room with still lots of optimal space. This room does NOT COME FURNISHED.
