About the room
The bedroom is 10’4“ x 9’8“ facing the front of the building with 2 windows and a closet. The apartment is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom on the second floor. Plenty of windows. It is an older building but a nice unit. The living room is mostly furnished but I’m open to changes. I have lived here for 1 year and had no issues with the apartment. My roommate moved out recently and the lease isn’t up until September so perfect for a sublease for a bit then you are welcome to resign on the lease with me. Also there is a full size bed frame in the room if you want it if not I can get rid of it.
