Looking for someone to resign the lease with me! This is a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, there’s lots of space and natural light. The room available has really good light and is a good size. The apartment is right in front of a B line T stop so it’s super convenient. We only paid first and last so there is no security deposit, you would have to pay out my current roommate for last months rent. Let me know if you have any other questions! You would be sharing the apartment with me, i’m a college student who also works a lot so i’m out of the apartment almost every day. I like to keep a clean space and would love to be friends with my roommate! I love to have friends over for dinner every once in a while. You’re always welcome to hang with me and my friends!
