Chris's room

We are currently in a 3BR 2BA apartment in Irvine. 2 minutes from UCI 15 minutes from the beach. Many local restaurants and shopping areas. Access to a parking pass so parking will not be a struggle. The master suite is spacious with a walk in closet and would feature your own en-suite restroom. The master bedroom has an AC unit for the room. You will have access to the entire apartment kitchen, common areas, storage, as well as balcony and apartment amenities: tennis court, pool, gym etc.

Our roommate is moving out so we need 1 person to fill their spot. My boyfriend and I are both students who also work, I work full time so only one of us will be home a majority of the time. We are both very laid back people, if you prefer to keep to yourself we will respect that and if you are a bit more social than we would love to include you in dinners, movies, beach days etc. we have a puppy who is well trained and loves people and does well with other dogs. Our main concern in the apartment would be cleanliness, so we need someone who is clean you are more than welcome to have guests as long as it’s not in excess.
