Logan's room

Half-occupied double room that is a couple houses away from International House in Southside Berkeley. The room already has one male in it that you would be roommates with. We would ask to organize a call with potential renters to meet who you would be living with to ensure compatibility. It’s a few minute walk to Memorial Stadium and about a 15 minute walk to the middle of campus. It is one of 16 other rooms in a 9,786 square foot house that has three shared bathrooms, two shared showers, a shared kitchen, dining room, study room, deck with grill, laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer and varsity room with pool table and TV. All others living here are also Berkeley students. The photos of the house and room are provided when the room was furnished, but your half of the room would not come furnished. Further details about the room can be provided. Additionally, the owner of the room is able to meet to show you the room in person or electronically. All amenities are included in rent price (electricity, wifi, water, garbage collection, etc). House gets cleaned every Tuesday, but this does not include your room. This would be a 12 month rent period from August 2022- August 2023. The start day is flexible, but it will end August 13, 2023. There is a security deposit of $750. You will of course get back this deposit in full if nothing is damaged. Further info can be provided. Rent Charge: $685 per month.

There is one male roommate who is a Junior at UC Berkeley. He is very laid back, doesn’t party too much, drug-free, and overall very easy to get along with. There are about 30 other friendly Berkeley students living in the 15 other apartment rooms in the building.
