Marissa's room

Three bedroom apartment, two rooms available with a shared bathroom. A Washer and dryer are in the unit. The kitchen, dining room, and living room are shared space. The leaving roommate owns the furniture, the living room is unfurnished. Rent is $433 per month per person, $650 deposit and $40 background check will be required. Deposit, first months rent, and last months rend due upon move in. Utilities (electric and internet) are not included in the rent, an average months utilities run about $50-80 per person. No smoking, no pets, no drugs.
