House cleaner included!

It’s a 4 bed/2.5 bath house. Your bedroom is upstairs and it’s a shared bathroom. Living in the house is one guy (27), my two pups and me (35). Your bedroom is a solid size bedroom.

I have a nice sized backyard with a deck overlooking the yard, a pool and garden that isn’t actually used, but help yourself if you’re interested. The kitchen is large with a butler’s pantry so you’ll have lots of space to put your food.

LGBTQ+ welcome Big room - 940/mo plus split utilities between number of renters. There is a one time $300 move out fee to be paid up front. Unfortunately no more pets please

A little about me - I’m a financial planner and love volleyball, rock climbing, working out and traveling. I’m not a huge partier, but will host a few big ones throughout the year. I travel a lot and will likely be gone 50% of the year. When I’m traveling my pups stay with my parents :)
