Lucas's room

Single family home with a small backyard in a quiet neighborhood in Garden City, close to Ford road. House is entirely furnished except for your room (which can be furnished for a small monthly fee). Your room has a big window facing the back yard, an attached half-bath (shared full bathroom across the hall) and a closet. Kitchen utensils are available to use as long as you clean up what you use. The basement is finished with a built in bar that it great for entertaining occasional guests.

I travel for work and am gone for at least 50% of each month. When I’m in town, my dog will be at the house with me but he will be boarded while I travel. I like to tinker with house projects and car projects when I have free time, and also am a big movie/tv buff between projects. Outgoing when the situation calls for it but also perfectly happy to keep to myself.
