The townhome includes a patio, A/C, W/D, dishwasher, a somewhat complete home gym, a spare guest bedroom, storage, a grill and fireplace. Your room has a step-in closet, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, a large vanity, ceiling fan and views of the Front Range. The bedroom is carpeted. Water paid by landlord. No more pets allowed, unfortunately.

Hi! I am in my mid-20s and a master’s of social work student, finishing up my placement. It is just me in this home. While I love being a homebody at times, I also like to have fun. Generally, I am pretty low-key but am happy to socialize. On that same note, I am good at keeping to myself as well. I am pretty direct and honest but consider myself to also be kind and empathetic. Communication and respect are always key when living with someone! I do like to keep things fairly clean but understand life happens (as it happens to me as well haha!). I have two cats that are the sweetest things you’ll ever meet. I currently do my masters online, so I am home and need quiet during those times.
