I have two spare bedroom in a 4bd 3.5bth home. Open for rent, One bedroom is a small suit so bathroom is in room, the other room is detached bathroom. Both rooms are located on top floor which is carpeted. Utilities are split average is 300$ that includes internet.You will have access to Media room, workout equipment, Laundry and kitchen. The driveway is very long so parking is not an issue. Behind us is a Golf course that I’m Sure no one wants to pay to use but feel free to watch😂

I am a Full time Real estate agent and do most of my work from home, however I do have another Job that requires me to be out the home.

Im very reserved and quiet. I like watching sports and chilling on the patio. No pets that stay in the home longterm but may watch my daughter’s dog from time to time.
