My roommate will leave by end of the May and I’m looking for a new roommate in my 2 sunny bedrooms, 1 bath unit starting June 1st.
My well lit, cozy home is located in the sunny side of San Mateo. This is a very unique property with an emphasis on sustainable living and organic gardening that’s right on the water and has amazing views. The 6-foot high living room windows face the large backyard garden and beyond that, the Foster City lagoon. You’ll enjoy the spaciousness of this low density community
LOCATION The location is convenient to 101 (just 1 stop sign and 1 light away) as well as Foster City, while being far enough from traffic to be quiet.
Los Prados Park is very close by. A few blocks down the road is a shopping center with a supermarket, several restaurants, a bakery, two banks, and a bus stop. Few more shopping center and a mall is within the vicinity.
If you like biking or walking, there is a pleasant path that starts just down the street and goes to Redwood Shores, Oracle , and around the lagoon for a great workout. I’m happy to schedule in person to show you the unit by appointment.

BACKYARD There are a number of large garden beds in the shared backyard behind the unit that’s available to you for growing vegetables and flowers. The space gets great sun through much of the day. The backyard has unfenced access to the lagoon.
DOCK The neighboring 4-plex has a wonderful dock which you are welcome to use. There are small boats and covered seating. It’s a great place to relax.
PARKING There is also lots of free unmetered street parking in front of the building. Since there are no street cleaning days here, and single family housing across the street, street parking is easy.
