Ashley's room

Hi all!!! Looking for serious people only- My husband and I ( 24 yrs old) are renting out our guest room - You would have a private room furnished , your own bathroom with shower-but the bathroom does have a washer and dryer so that would be shared- parking available on the street in front of our house or on rocks on the side of driveway. large backyard space. Shared living room space, and kitchen. We have a smaller living room on the same level as the guest room but no tv there. We own 3 cats so we cant have any pets. We are minutes from many restaurants and shopping centers. We are across from an elementary school, and we have quiet neighbors.

We are cannabis friendly, Lgbtq+ friendly. We love watching movies, hiking, video games, marvel, star wars, harry potter, reading etc!!! you don’t have to hang out with us but obviously it makes living easier if you do ! looking for one roommate or couples!!
