Apartment available on June 15th. Room is currently unfurnished but can be furnished if need be. Apartment is a second floor in Tiffany Lakes community located in Westerville. My roommate would need to be on the lease in order to get a parking pass but would not be committed to stay for the entire lease term. I’ve lived with roommates for much of my life so I’m quite flexible with getting along with different personalities. I work from home so am mostly tucked away in my room during my shift from 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm. I’m a quiet night owl with a hypoallergenic cat. He’s talkative and curious with characteristics that are more like a dog than a cat. Unlike me, he has not lived with roommates so I’m not sure whether he will stick by my side or want to know what’s going on with the second person in the home.
