One furnished room in a beautiful 3 bed 2 bath condo is currently available for a 12-month lease (short-term lease negotiable, and preference given to 12-month leases) starting August 21st, located in the ‘Wild Glen Condominium’ community in Kirkland. • Room rent is $1,250 (includes all utilities, i.e., water, sewer, trash, internet, and electricity) and move-in is available starting August 21st
• Basic room furnishings include a table, chair, lamp, twin mattress, twin bed frame, space heater, comforter, and pillow are offered
• Close to restaurants and shopping and easy access to the I-405
• You will be in one of two guest bedrooms that share a guest bathroom. The other guest bedroom is currently unoccupied
• Additional storage space is available in hallway closets and backyard water heater closet.
• One assigned parking spot
• My pet bunny, Bunini, resides in the living room. When she’s let out of her playpen, she is restricted to roaming in the living room.
• Washer/dryer in unit
• Shared dishware, cookware, and utensils available
• Brand new appliances and light filtering shades
• Smoke free and no additional pets

1 month deposit. One time $29.00 + tax application fee. Usual credit / background checks apply. Please message me with a day and time range to schedule a time to tour the condo.
