2 story house. Upstairs will be occupied by tenant. 1 bedroom, 1 bath , kitchen and living room, please see pictures above. The laundry room is downstairs. The downstairs will be occupied by the owner. The owner is a single senior female. Preferred a single 40 years old and older. The kitchen and laundry room will be shared by the renter and single owner. The rent is $900 per month plus $900 deposit and includes all utilities and internet. Lake view. Please note: Only Verizon cell service works up here. You’ll need a booster if using At&T or Tmobile. Cricket, Obama phones, and metropcs does not work. The house is being renovated so there is no flooring just wood, please see pictures. The bedroom will be empty but there is furniture in the living room. There is a $20 fee for application and background check. At least 3 referrals are needed.
