Room is 13 x 11 with 12ft ceiling. You will have your own bathroom as well. Everything is unfurnished. The apartment is called centerpointe and is right next to the Irvine spectrum and across the street from the Marriott hotel! The whole unit is 1250 sqft

I am 25 years old and work full time. I have a maids come once a month. I also travel a lot so it will be you at the spacious apartment by yourself for a good majority of the time!This is my first time trying to roommate with someone random. Im interested in hearing from you.
