Island Avenue

There are two Red and Yellow twin buildings downtown near Petco park. This is spire, often called the ketchup building. We’re on the 17th floor with balconies that surround the unit and look across the city. Everything is super modern and sleek, and very spacious. Lots of room for cooking, having guests, watching TV. Place is well insulated from sounds. We won’t hear each other unless we want to. Pool, game room, gym all in building.

I’m a 31 y/o gay male going back to get my degree. I’d like to have someone who I’m casual with, maybe even friends.It would be nice to find someone who shares some interests. I’m big into games, and I’m a San Diego native so of course I go to the beach whenever I get the chance. I like eating out and going to destinations like balboa park or if I get really adventurous Julian. I’m a bit of a child at heart and my favorite shows are all cartoons. Rick and Morty, a lot of anime and especially Adventure Time, which I am crazy about. Let’s keep the house neat. Just common sense putting away dishes and cleaning counters sort of thing.
