Looking for a working professional in their mid 20s or olde to move in May 1. Please, serious inquiries only.

Private room available in 4 bedroom apartment. The room available is on the third floor. On the second floor is the kitchen, washer and dryer and another restroom.

The room will be completely unfurnished upon move in. It’s a clean and quiet neighborhood. Neighbors are also cordial.

Utilities to be paid: gas (around 10), electricity (around 10), internet (20). Utilities covered: water and trash. (in house washer and dryer). No need for renter’s insurance unless you desire for yourself.

• We use zelle for utilities and rent payment.

Abundant street parking only. Must buy an Alhambra parking permit from the Police Department. Parking is always available in front of apartment. Street cleaning on Mondays 8am-noon on one side, 12-3pm on the other side.
