Katy's room

Home with 2 private bedrooms and 1 potentially shared bathroom available in a great quiet neighborhood near San Tan Village. Rooms are 10x10 plus closet with a window. A king size bed does fit, but smaller sizes fit more comfortably. Big backyard and close to numerous walking trails and stores. I’m still fixing up little things in the house but nothing major and nothing that would impact you!

I have 2 friendly pups and 2 cats, although the cats stay hidden in my room most of the time. Unfortunately I’m not open to additional pets at this time. I like to keep the house clean, I’m pretty relaxed and introverted and I work from home most days and am a homebody.
