Room for Rent in Beautiful 2-Story house, 4-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom House.. WITH A POOL

Room is located upstairs with private bathroom. My bedroom and bathroom is downstairs.

All Appliances are Stainless Steel, New, There is a Washer/Dryer in the Garage.

NO KIDS, COUPLES OR PETS (As I have a 13 year old dog that is an “only child”).

NO Smoking (except outside). No drugs (I am not against pot, but ONLY edibles inside, outside vape/smoke). NO Alcoholics or Drug Addicts.

THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. My home is my sanctuary and I want Peace, Quiet and Respect…

I have a hard time sleeping and I do not like loud noises or constant people in my house.

I keep my house very clean too and expect the same from a roommate.

My house has 24-hour monitored cameras around the perimeter and alarm sensors on every door and window. There is also glass shatter proof, fire and CO sensors that are monitored 24-hours.

I have a soft/salt water softener throughout the house (along with two huge tanks that filter every chemical possible out of the water). There is a separate reverse osmosis filter in the kitchen for drinking water.

Upstairs has a separate (new) controlled Central AC/Heat Unit.

$950 includes all utilities.

$500 Security Deposit ($150 Non-Refundable for Deadbolt Lock Changes).

$45 Background Check.

Lease will be Month to Month.
