Single family home located in quiet neighborhood. Downstairs is a full living area space, one small private room and a full private bathroom. Washer and dryer located in the garage, along with storage space if needed. One available car space available in driveway. Only shared room will be the kitchen located in the upstairs portion of the home.

My name is Erica I am a single mom of two boys soon to be 10 and 5, and a people friendly young adult cat. I work in the emergency room at the hospital near by. I am also a student. I work part time and I’m home fairly often for class. Both children are in school Monday through Friday. We are a wonderful fun unit. Looking to share the home with a friendly responsible individual.
