One newly renovated, private walk-out basement located in a single-family home. This beautiful space features: one bedroom (unfurnished), one full bathroom, a living area, and a kitchenette (refrigerator included). The kitchenette is entirely new in addition to a fresh paint job and new flooring! The basement area is exclusively spacious with windows that let in a nice natural light. Living room area is huge with enough room for living room furniture and a separate office section. The entire floor will be your own chill private space. Tenant will also have access to the laundry room upstairs. Pets are openly negotiable (we have a cat). Deposit required. Utilities are split and never more than $90 per bill. Listing is for ONE occupant only.

The house is located within a cul-de-sac, tucking it a bit away from all the noise of the streets. Grocery store and restaurants are very close by. There is a private entrance into the basement within walking distance to the local neighborhood parks and gym/community center.
