Hello! I am a teacher and looking to travel for the summer so I am looking to sublet my room for June and July (June 4th - August 4th). The room is furnished and I have 2 awesome roommates who are clean, respectful, and mostly keep to themselves. The place is located about 1 mile from the beach and in a very safe neighborhood!
