Southwest 3rd Street

What’s up guys. So I don’t actually have a place just yet. I’m looking to move out of my current apt in about a month, with the desire of renting a 3/3 apt in the Brickell/downtown area, and am looking for two others to fill the spaces . My ideal budget is around $1100 (per person) for the base rent + bills, but am willing to do~ $1300 (per person).
