About the room
We have a 14’x11’ room to rent with private entrance. Comes with a comfortable king sized bed and a couple end tables, but can can use your own furnishings. We can anlso provide swap in Queen bed if you want more space. Included in the rent: Internet, Electric, Water, Gas, Garbage, Monitored Alarm System, Yard Maintenance, Bug Guy, and Pool Maintenance.
This home has a security system with all doors/windows monitored, a motion detector, and front/back cameras.
Living room has 78” tv while the pool table room has 70” tv. Bedroom has own a/c unit, space heater, fan, and humidifier to supplement central a/c.
If a couple, then would ask for another $100 for utilities.
If you cannot pick up after yourself, have bad hygiene, or are not interested in being a good human, do not bother. We are limiting initial lease to 3 months just in case the vibe isn’t there.
Corazon is a very loving and playful Frenchie. He is not fixed but not at all aggressive. He gets along with all…he had a bestie in WV that was a tabby. But if your pet is not friendly, it will not work out.
About the roomies
We are a newly engaged couple with a wonderful 6 year old Frenchie (Corazón)We enjoy family here and in CA. We eat all kinds of food, listen to all sorts of music, and find most everything interesting.
