Hi! I have available one room with one bed king size bed/ The house is located Close to Alameda and Yarbrough, it has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. it has a laundry room. Big front and back yard (feel free to make some barbecue!), it has a lot of parking space. Bathroom, will be sharable with the other roomate. If you have pets just make sure you take care of your dog, clean after and be responsible. (the deposit may change to 350) Fell free to contact me and I’ll show you the house.

I work full time and I workout out daily. On weekends I like to go out. I’m very respectful and I like to help people. My other roomate is pretty chill and works during the week/weekend
