I am an Operations Manager for a non-profit agency called Another Chance of Atlanta, Inc. Our agency has an housing initiative called Rooms 4 Rent ATL in which we operate 4 units and rent out the bedrooms to these furnished units. Guests are responsible for fixing up their own bedrooms.
