Hi Girls, building in Midtown. Also 5 minutes away from Penn Station.

I am the sole lease holder. It will be a sublet for a year. I signed the lease because the apartment in this building is leased out within couple days when it’s available.

Currently I am living in this building which was a short term rental. My experience in this building & this neighborhood has been amazing & I love it here. It’s a beautiful building with 2 large bedrooms with many large windows with lots of natural light.

It is a luxury building with 24 hour doorman with amenities such as a Gym, a beautiful lounge, billiards table & great outdoor space. The apartment unit has a dishwasher, Washer & Dryer.

Must be willing to co-sign a year long lease.

A little about myself: I am 23 years old young professional. I entered the work force last year. I work in finance in sales & trading. I am an extrovert with a few friends in the city but love meeting new people. I work full time in person. I would love to be friends with my roommate & go out on weekends to get few drinks, eat & explore new places, going to Karaoke bars, clubs or staying in & having a quiet night. I also enjoy quiet time & I am very respectful of your personal space. I am also down to earth, witty, kind, respectful & overall an easy friend to live with.
