About the room
This apartment complex is only a 5 minute drive from downtown Ann Arbor! If you don’t drive, there’s a bus stop less than 1 minute away, where you can catch the city bus. Gas/electric and wifi are to be split by the tenants but water is included in the rent. There is an onsite laundry room for the tenants. You will be roomies with my roommate! I will be sure to connect the two of you to make sure you guys are a good fit! :) It’s a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood!
