2 unfurnished rooms available in a cozy 3BR/1BT apartment in Teele Square. Rent is $933 a month (water included). Looking for roommates to sign a full-year lease starting 6/1. There is a small garden in the back, free laundry in the basement, and two parking spaces reserved in our driveway. 10 min walk to Davis, less than 5 min walk from a grocery store and near bike/running trails and two private studios/gyms. I am looking for fully vaxed roommates (any gender) in their mid 20’s - early 30’s who are good communicators, considerate of shared spaces, and down-to-earth. I want the space to be welcoming for friends and small gatherings, but not large parties. Open-minded, LGBTQ+ friendly, 420 friendly.

About me: I am 26 and have been living in the apartment since Oct ’21. I work for a tech company and am mostly work remotely. I am more introverted, but enjoy exploring the city for new places/bars with people! In my free time, you can find me writing/watching stand-up comedy, working out, and having difficulty reaching things on high shelves.
