About the room
A great house located in south Tucson. There is a shared bathroom and it is also the bathroom that is used by guest. Utilities are included in the price (gas, trash & Wi-Fi) Water and electric split. The room is unfurnished.
There is a pool on property, back yard. There is a dishwasher (along with the usual refrigerator & stove, and kitchen ware).
About the roomies
I will be the only individual on property full time. I am looking for 1-2 roommates. I have family/friends over for visits (due to the pool). Nothing crazy, but frequent.
**Cannabis friendly (outside). There is no smoking in the house but I do have a backyard with patio that you are welcome to utilize.
I work from home, just moving back to Tucson.
