About the room
I live in a 3 bedroom home in Bloomingdale with two friends. Unfortunately one is moving out in the coming weeks so we are looking for one person to fill the vacancy! For anyone interested please respond here, Iām happy to give you a walkthrough on your schedule. Property description: 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom in the heart of Bloomingdale. Within one block of 6 restaurants including one Michelin Italian restaurant (Red Hen) and 3 bars. Plenty of street parking always available. Only a 10 minute walk from U! One bedroom is coming available in mid May and my roommate and I would love to fill the vacancy as soon as you can move in! The lease runs through July 31, 2023.
About the roomies
Michael - I grew up in NJ and moved to the DMV during college. I am the biggest Mets fan you will meet, work as an accountant, and love to travel.
Eric - I grew up in Baltimore and have lived in DC since 2017. I work in sales and stay busy during the week with other hobbies.
