All of the furnishings in the bedroom will be removed prior to move-in including the TV, the wall mount will stay. The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath, about 1,100 sqft. The room being rented is the second bedroom. Includes a bathroom directly outside the room. Has a standard closet in the bedroom. Living room is furnished and kitchen has everything you could need. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. Amenities include 2 pools, 2 gyms, a car wash bay, trash pick up, a tanning bed, dog park, and aqua massage chair free to all tenants. Water, electric, and wifi are to be split evenly. If interested, you will have to apply to the leasing office and undergo a background/employment check if we decide to be roommates.

I’m a gay male. I’m clean, open minded, and often not even home other than to shower, sleep, and work. I work from home 3 days a week but I work in my room so you would still have privacy if I’m working from home.
