The room for rent has shelving, hardwood floors, two sunny south facing windows and a quaint closet.

The apartment is conveniently located on Church Avenue very close to a wide variety of shops and restaurants, is only about a block away from the F and G trains, and a short bike ride or walk to Prospect Park.

Apartment features a back deck which gets sun in the afternoon, shared kitchen/ utensils/ cookware, bathtub in the bathroom, good sized living room and shared bathroom.

As you can see in the photos there aren’t many decorations set up being that the roommate that lived here the longest is moving out which makes the place is somewhat of a blank canvas at the moment if you have any art or decorations youd like to put up.

Your roommates would be me, a Production Manager who loves non profit work and music with a background in Renewable Energy, and a Set Decorator who works in the TV/ Movie Industry. The set decorator roommate uses the apartment mainly as a crash pad for work days during the week and is usually not home during the weekends.

We are both easy going, mellow, and easy to get along with. We are looking for clean, considerate, responsible, steadily employed, easy going, and kind roommate with no drug addiction problems or heavy drinking issues. We are looking to find a great fit that would make this place even more awesome to live in and value having a healthy, drama free, and positive living environment.
