I have a private room with a private bathroom available in Fort Myers Florida as of 15 April. I am located in Venetian palms, which is a condominium community with two pools, a workout room plus other activities to do. It is a quiet and secure location between 41 in Summerlin in the Villas. Centrally located Between several shopping malls as well as hospitals, restaurants and other activities. Short distance to Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva islands. I have another female tenant who is an attorney out of New York who is only here for 8 days a month. I am a retired RN renting rooms out to traveling professionals. I will not be living on the property. It’s just two bedrooms. One that is open and the other housing the other tenant
