Xavier's room

The apartment is a two-story unit in a quiet neighborhood. The living room, dining room, kitchen & 1/2 bathroom are located on the first floor, bedrooms & full bath on second floor. The room is a spacious room complete with a personal patio & walk-in closet. The only bill required to split is the light bill as internet is already provided. The speed is decent but we have the option to upgrade speeds at a small fee.

I’m relatively new to the valley. I am a full-time remote employee - rarely use the first floor unless its for cooking or watering my plants. The neighbors are pretty quiet; as mentioned, its pretty calm down here.
