I have a beautiful 2,600 square foot home with high end finishes. I am looking for one roommate. The room is 14 ½ feet wide by 11 feet long for $1,000 a month. The room has its own private bathroom and shower You are able to have full kitchen and laundry privileges. Please be tidy and respectful as the house is in excellent condition. Street parking only. Room is unfurnished. No couples please. No Overnight guests. PG&E, water, cable, is included in the monthly price. No Smoking indoors, and no overnight guests.

Available now Lease Term: 6 months Must be willing to do a background and Credit check. Steady job and References are required
