Located in Westlake Village, CA, a guest bedroom and bathroom are available for rent. The spacious guest bedroom has carpet, a built-in closet, window, and ceiling fan. Washer and dryer are just steps away in the community laundry room. Great location near Westlake Lake, shops, restaurants, golf course, trails and easy freeway access. All utilities are covered by rent, with the exception of use of washer & dryer, that will be paid by the user of the machines.

The master bedroom is currently shared by the owner and her boyfriend (29-32 yrs old). They both have changing work schedules, but when they are in the house they enjoy the company of others. They keep the house clean and well-kept, and are looking for a roommate who likes to be social but is also OK with living on their own.
