A charming home in a quiet residential neighborhood convenient to most areas of Pensacola. The setup would be $700.00 (rent + utilities) monthly. Utilities include electric, gas, water, sewage, and basic internet service. You would get the private use of one fully furnished bedroom (approximately 10’ X 12’ in size) and a shared bathroom. The shared areas of the house, the kitchen, living room and laundry (with washer & dryer), would be shared with me and one other roommate. You would also have off-street parking for your vehicle in the driveway.
