Hello! Living in a townhouse in Carson in a gated community. I am RENTING A SINGLE BEDROOM with a shared bathroom for $1,200 a month. FEMLAES ONLY. Required background and credit check. Utilities included, washer, dryer and parking on the street (occasional parking spot in front depending if taken) and communal full kitchen. The 24/7 gated community has a pool, small gym, club house, parks, tennis and basketball courts. Looking for single occupancy, students or working professionals, responsible, clean, respectful, no smoking, ok with my dogs, and no drugs.

Kitchen supplies are all provided from dishes to utensils plus other items. One shelf in the pantry is provided (to supply food and if you have any other personal kitchen items) and one cabinet in the hallway by the bedroom. I have a laundry room as well, the only thing is you need to provide your own detergent.
