Brenda's room

Newly remodeled home, one block away from Redlands University. Plenty of street parking. The bathroom is shared with two other female roommates. Laundry room included. Storage space in garage. Common spaces are all shared. We split chores every couple of weeks to ensure the house stays clean. All other bills (internet, electric, gardening, water, etc.) are split equally amongst all roommates. The home is a rental so the landlord will have to approve you as well. No pets.

I am 27 years old:) other female roommate is 30, and male roommate is 26. We are all working professionals. We mostly keep to ourselves but are friendly with each other. We’re looking for a similar individual, 25 to 35 years old, who is responsible and clean.
