15th Street South

My roommate is moving out this summer, so I am looking for a roommate to take over his half of the lease starting in early-mid August. Our apartment is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom that is 824 sq ft (floor plan attached). It comes with an in-room washer and dryer. The main area is hardwood, the bedrooms are carpeted. Our building has a gym and a small indoor pool. There also is a garage for parking, but I am not sure about the pricing. Rent per person will be $1344.50. There will also be fees (water, trash, sewage, electric, etc.) that usually amount to about $120 per person each month but can range based on usage. I already have wifi set-up and that is $35 per person. In total, those costs combined come to about $1500 / month. Near the apartment: the location is optimal, as we are directly next to the Pentagon City mall, Pentagon City metro, and Virginia Highlands Park (the soccer field is our view). There are plenty of food options from the food court (Subway, McDonald’s, Chipotle, Starbucks, Panda Express, boba, Hawaiian, etc.) to Pentagon Row (sushi, pizza, Irish bar, Mexican, etc.). There also is a Shake Shack, Chick-fil-a, and Wise Guy Pizza. For groceries we are near Whole Foods, Costco, Harris Teeter, and a new Target. Beyond food and groceries, there is a Chase Bank across the street and dry cleaners behind the building.
