It is a nice and quiet room, new twin bed, fan, AC, quiet house, clean, with 1 and a half bathrooms, we share bathrooms and kitchen, you must clean your room and the half bathroom, where you can put your personal things. You can cook, and use utensils from my kitchen. You’ll have some room in the fridge.

I am the mother of 10-year-old twins, a girl and a boy, we are a calm, polite and respectful family, we have a clean house, and the room is available to rent to a working lady. You can walk in 8 minutes to the surfside beach, and supermarkets and buses nearby, wash in the building, quiet neighbors, use the building’s pool, for interviews send a message. I prefer a quiet lady who takes care of this beautiful and clean room. You cannot have boyfriends and girlfriends, friends over, or family to stay in your room.
