Hello! I’m looking for a roommate to rent out the other room in my apartment. The lease would begin in May and its for one year. The place is a quadplex with onsite parking a block off of Broadway. It has a gorgeous little backyard and is within walking distance of a QFC, the light rail station, as well as Volunteer Park and Cal Anderson Park.

• Full Size In-Unit Washer/Dryer
• $50/person for Water/sewer/garbage, tenant pays electricity to city
• $55.00 Application Fee per applicant
• Security Deposit of one month’s rent and Last Month’s rent required. The Security Deposit and Last Month’s rent can be pro-rated if necessary over six months.
• Cats only, additional $25 in pet rent
• Please note the total income of new residents on the lease needs to be 2.5X the monthly rent​
