Very quiet area of Vancouver on the border of Brush Prairie and Hockinson! Great neighborhood for walks/running. Easy access to Safeway and delicious restaurants. Your room is located upstairs and has a large walk-in closet, and inside the closet is the attic storage space. House has central air-conditioning. You would have to park on the street and there is a bit of a walk for any public transit.

My husband and I are very chill and carefree people. We like to game and can be seen on the occassional hike. We have 2 cats and a large dog. All three of them are the best babies you’ll ever meet. Unfortunately, we can not accept any more domestic pets like dogs and cats. Caged and tanked animals are fine. (i.e. birds, hamsters, snakes, tarantula, etc. all all perfectly fine but must be kept in your room.
