I’m looking to rent out 1 of my bedrooms in my 3 bed 2 bath home. Move in date would be last day of April or may 1st, it’s up to you. I currently live with one other roomate and we have a great living situation. The bedroom is furnished it can be unfurnished if you want. This person will be sharing 1 bathroom and have free parking. I’m happy to answer any questions over the phone!

My roomate is a good friend of mine. We’re very easygoing and it’s mostly quiet throughout the week as we get up early for work in the morning. But we’re fun people!
