Three-level, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse with fenced-in backyard! You will share a bathroom with one other tenant and get a front-row parking spot. We do allow pets on a case-by-case basis, just because there are already two small dogs!

We are looking for a fourth roommate to join us in a townhouse we just signed a lease for starting May 1st! I (23) am currently a Grad student at Shenandoah University and work at the Bank of Clarke County. Natalie (26) is a Shepherd graduate and works from home for Progressive. Savannah (21) is an online college student and is a child care provider. Natalie and I each have a dog. Shakespeare (2 year old yorkie) and Maggie (9 month old miniature schnauzer) are both very friendly and love to play. They are also both hypoallergenic!
