Rooms available for rent for interns/short-term rentals in a new house. Flexible dates. 3+ month preferred. A private room with a large shared bathroom is available for $1450, plus utilities, $50 monthly cleaning fee, $50 move-out cleaning fee. A bed, a table, and a chair can be provided. Dining table and chairs available. Spacious, quiet and very clean. Hardwood floor. Laundry in building, street parking, light cooking, fridge access. Access to common areas. One person only per room. No smoking, no drugs, no pets, no guests, quiet.

Very good credit. Very clean.

15 minutes cycling to Stanford University, a few miles to high tech companies, e.g., Google, Facebook, Tesla, convenient access to groceries, 101, and 280, a few minutes walk to bus stop.

Security deposit one month’s rent. Shared utility (gas, electricity, water).
