There are five tenants in the house. They are very nice and quite! Everyone is extremely respectful of each other. Everyone has completely different work schedule, so it’s rare to ever see more than a few tenants at any one time. There is no partying in the house and no drinking, smoking or drugs etc. The neighbors are really nice and helpful if need be as well.
